Information security, with a certificate you can read
A voice agent listens to your customers and records what they say. At some point someone in your organisation will ask who is accountable for that data. This is our answer, and you can open it and read it rather than take our word for it.
The AGENTALK certificate
The international information security standard applies to the platform as well. That matters here specifically, because the voice platform is where the call audio and transcripts actually live.
The standards
The certificates are issued to Connectop, AGENTALK's sister company, and their scope covers the platform's operations too. All of them are published for download.

Why we publish these
Plenty of vendors write "enterprise-grade security" on a page and stop there. It costs nothing to write and means nothing to a buyer. A certificate has an issuing body, a scope statement and an expiry date — it can be checked, which is the entire point.
If your procurement or compliance team needs something these do not cover, ask us. We would rather answer the question than have you assume.
