At seven in the evening there is nobody free to answer.
The AGENTALK agent answers every call while the kitchen is under pressure: takes the order, offers a side, confirms the address, charges the saved card and sends a tracking SMS — and your staff stay where they are.
What gets lost on the phone today.
The phone rings exactly when no hands are free
Between seven and nine, every unanswered call is an order that went to the next restaurant. And whoever does answer has to leave their station to do it.
Orders taken down wrong
Half an address, a forgotten extra, one digit off in the phone number. Each one comes back as a complaint call, and usually as a second delivery on the house.
Nobody has time to offer the extra
An upsell takes thirty spare seconds, and at peak there are none. The difference quietly leaves your average order and never shows up in a report.
This is what a delivery order sounds like.
A complete call end to end: taking the order, offering a side, confirming the address, charging the saved card and sending a tracking SMS — without anyone on the team touching the phone.
An illustrative demo call — the recording and the agent are real, the business in it is invented.

Questions we hear from your industry.
Can the agent take an order with modifications?
Yes. No onions, half and half, sauce on the side, a nut allergy — all of it is captured as free text and passed through as spoken. Anything the agent is unsure of, it repeats back before confirming.
What happens when someone calls while you are closed?
The agent gives your opening hours, and if the order is for later it takes it and schedules it. You can also let it take pre-orders for the following day.
How does it connect to our ordering system?
Through your ordering or POS API. Where there is no ready integration, the order arrives as a structured WhatsApp message or on the kitchen printer — which works from day one.
